Let’s be honest, the internet might suggest things that may be causing your health problems… but when it comes down to it, would depend on the internet to properly diagnose and provide the treatment that you truly need? Obviously, success in health care delivery requires much more than just the ability to diagnose and treat but also to be able to become your lifelong partner to keep you at your best. Otherwise, the majority of the population would not be frustrated by their current doctors.
Without bringing value to their patients (clients), most physician (providers) – client relationships don’t last very long.
Although things like scheduling visits, completing insurance paperwork, and opening doors to specialists may seem like all you need, but you deserve more...
In reality, we at Wagon Telemedicine and Concierge healthcare go beyond that. The work we do behind the scenes is where we earn our keep. When things are done right, things get taken care of, visits go smoothly, medication side-effects are not missed, you’re not anxiously waiting for your lab results, our clients are happy, and our job to keep you at your best will look easy. We also know that a successful relationship requires active participation and understanding between parties so we don’t talk down at you.
My team is all about adding value to the relationship we have with our clients, and it starts on day one.
We’ve done the research and we know, that clients are typically looking for Providers who:
