About Zalika Nisbeth, MD
I AM Zalika Nisbeth, MD a graduate of Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN and St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Residency in Jacksonville, FL. I became a family medicine physician because I want to be a resource and provider of the most essential care to as many people as possible, especially family, friends, and my local community.
I was born in Atlanta, GA and raised in Jacksonville, FL which led me to coin the endearing term and brand, “FLPeach.” My vision for FLPeach Direct Primary Care is to be a guide for individuals seeking a path to better health. I decided to take the direct primary care (DPC) approach to service individuals in the Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA communities.
For a flat, recurring monthly fee, patients have access to unlimited quality primary care services such as preventative care, chronic disease management, care coordination, personalized wellness plans, episodic care, minor in office procedures, medication refills, and discounted labs. No additional copays are collected. Office visits are thorough and unhurried, patients are allotted up to 60 minutes per visit. Direct access to a physician via phone, text, email, and secure virtual visits. Prices for services are clear and available. Ongoing preventative care and services.
