Dr. Swetal Patel is a Board Certified infectious disease physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Smt. NHL Medical College in India at the top of her medical school class. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Iowa and then completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases and Geographic Medicine from Tufts Medical Center where she received her Masters in Clinical Research at the Tufts University Sackler School of Medicine. Educated in India and the United States, she speaks several languages and practices out of a unique multi-cultural office which embraces diversity. Her focus is on accommodating all of her patients according to their needs while minimizing wait time. Colleagues describe her as "outstanding, diligent and very responsive".
