I am a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist, Board Eligible Geriatric Psychiatrist, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Teacher, Heart Centered Hypnotherapist, Access Bars Practitioner, Future Life Healing Practitioner/Spiritual Coach, and a Health Coach in training. My education, training and experience puts me in a unique position to assist you explore the best of modern medicine and various alternative therapies. Our work together will include multiple therapeutic modalities including medications, psychotherapy based coaching, healing movements, breath practices, meditations and energy work.
I offer tele therapy services only. Sessions will be 60-90 minutes long.
I am certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2006. I completed my Residency Training in Psychiatry at MetroHealth Medical Center in 2000, Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at University Hospitals of Cleveland in 2001 and Postgraduate study in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Society in 1999.
I have been in practice for well over 22 years. My overall approach is comprehensive with an aim to better understand my patients in the context of their unique personal, social and sub-cultural experiences, beliefs and settings.
