Stephanie O’Leary, Psy.D., is a native of New York and completed her undergraduate training at Ithaca College where she earned a double-major (Biology and Psychology) with research honors in the area of Neuroscience. Stephanie continued her education at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology where she earned a doctoral degree in clinical psychology as well as a specialization in Neuropsychology. She completed supervised trainings at Emory University School of Medicine's Autism Center and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's Department of Neuropsychology. Stephanie went on to complete an APA accredited internship and fellowship at the Andrus Children's Center in Westchester were she continued providing evidence-based therapy and assessments and supervised the site's preschool therapy program. As a licensed psychologist, Stephanie began her private practice in 2008. Since that time, she has provided evidence-based assessment and therapy services for children, adolescents, young adults and parents. She is author of "Parenting in the Real World” and provides expert parent training support. She is dedicated to furthering the use of research supported practices and routinely provides supervision to colleagues, psychology interns, and fellows. Stephanie has conducted research in the areas of memory and learning and the emergence of executive functions in children.
