My ideal client is someone that is looking for a warm and inviting (virtual) space that is free of judgement and prepared to be open about their struggles. They may have issues with relationships (familial, friendships or love), difficulty balancing obligations, challenges with stress or anxiety, self-esteem issues or depressive tendencies. They may be struggling with relationship, thought and/or behavioral patterns that may have once been functional but are no longer serving them. My goal for all of my clients is to help guide them to let go of old "stuff" and give them tools to create a more positive "next chapter" in their lives.
My main area of interest is to help people have more positive relationships with themselves and with others in their lives. Clinical areas of expertise: Couples work, Infidelity, Family or origin issues, Depression, Anxiety, self-esteem issues. I have a research background in sexuality and infidelity.
I have painstakingly designed a practice setting that is conducive to healing and personal growth. I am not here to judge, I am here to help and would be happy to hear from you.
