Dr. Sonia Bell is a Stanford Hospital and Clinics Residency Trained-Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Sports Medicine Physician. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley in physiology and anatomy and received her medical doctorate degree from the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine.
After working as a physiatrist for six years, Dr. Bell obtained her fellowship training in Pain Medicine and Interventional Spine from Pain & Rehabilitation Consultants Medical Group. She is well versed in medical management of musculoskeletal and sports medicine, dance medicine, pain management and occupational medicine. Additionally, she performs regenerative medicine procedures inclusive of PRP and Stem Cell Therapies.
Dr. Sonia Bell is the GO TO DOCTOR for your sports related injuries. She is one of the volunteer team physicians for USA Track & Field, USA Gymnastics and the National Skating League.
Dr. Bell is an athlete herself. She is a classically trained ballerina from the renowned San Francisco Ballet who know what it takes to be an athlete and is the doctor you need to medically manage and rehabilitate your injuries.
