Sohan R. Varma, M.D. is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by American Board of Internal Medicine and Licensed to practice medicine in DC, Maryland, Virginia. Dr. Varma is a native of the Washington DC Metro area and grew up in Northern Virginia. He graduated cum laude from George Mason University in B.S. in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. Dr. Varma obtained his medication degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed clerkships in Atlanta, Miami, New York. He completed his internship training at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Elmhurst Hospital Center from New York in 2014. and is ABIM-Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Varma has combined over 9 year experience working in acute care as a hospitalist/Internist at Reston Hospital Center (VA) & Elmhurst Hospital (NY). Dr. Varma also has tremendous experience in skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes in Fairfax, Loudon, Prince William and Winchester Counties.
