Dr. Satcher served as a clinical instructor on the faculty of Northwestern University in the Department of
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and formerly as a clinical instructor on faculty at the University of
Illinois both in Chicago, Illinois. She went to medical school at Meharry Medical College and trained in Internal Medicine (Board Cert until 2015) at Harvard's Deaconess BI Program and then trained in a second residency in PMR at Loyola Medical Center/Hines VA in Chicago. Her areas of interest are in Functional medicine approaches to Arthritis and
Autoimmune diseases. She is certified in Functional Medicine by the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM)
(2015), by the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine and by the Anti-Aging and Regenerative
Medicine Board. She has extensive experience in Integrative and Functional Medicine approaches to hormone
rebalancing (men and women) and weight management. She has been practicing Integrative, Anti-Aging,
Regenerative, Age Management, Lifestyle Medicine, Personalized Medicine and Functional Medicine since 2006.
