My background and expertise is in what I call holistic medicine. I worked several years at Kaiser Permanente as a coordinating physician for complex care management of elderly patients with advanced illness. Over time, I became quite proficient at facilitating care transitions for patients and famillies in difficult , and strenous circumstances for them,. I have experienced this up close and personal myself with my own family. While I live in Atlanta, I also believe that such a need does exist in a big way in my home country, India. I am happy to assist in any way possible with complex medication regimens, discussion of living options, and any associated interpersonal issues . I see myself first and foremost as an advocate for frail, vulnerable seniors
