Central Neurological Services of Pennsylvania (CNS of PA) was founded in Pittsburgh in 2002, and is currently based in Stroudsburg in the heart of the Poconos Region of Pennsylvania. CNS of PA is now returning to full-time operations after Dr. Paczynski served full-time these past three years as medical director for other medical organizations in the mental health, wellness and elder care industries.

We provide individualized assessments and management recommendations for patients with neurological & neuropsychiatric disorders, including those suffering with certain addictions.

We work primarily through referrals from physicians and other medical professionals, but take self-referrals on a case-by-case basis. Our clients tend to be:

- Patients and/or patient family members looking for "3rd opinions", or just a fresh perspective;

- Patient advocates requesting independent medical exams and/or chart reviews in cases where expert opinion may be helpful;

- Other healthcare professionals who like to work collaboratively, whether in establishing diagnoses or revisiting case management, recognizing that many issues in neurology and psychiatry require more time and attention than can usually be obtained through standard office practice visits;

- To increase access, both live and virtual (teleneurology) appointments are available;

- CNS of PA also takes on selected medical writing projects; since 2005 we have worked with media outlets seeking fresh medical science content - or editing of existing content - for print, on-line text, or video platforms.
