Dr. Ndrio is a child, adolescent and adult Psychiatrist. After obtaining a Medical Degree from Tirana University School of Medicine, Dr. Ndrio completed a four-year Adult Psychiatry Residency training program at Rosalind Franklin University/Chicago Medical School, where he received the Distinguished Service Award as Chief Resident. In addition, Dr. Ndrio subspecialized in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and completed a two-year Fellowship training program at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine/Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children´s Hospital of Chicago. During his training, Dr. Ndrio has given numerous presentations in a wide variety of topics.
After finishing his training in 2008, Dr. Ndrio worked in private practice and joined the Psychiatry Staff at Presence Mercy Medical Center in Aurora where he serves as Chair of Psychiatry Department, and Medical Director of Child and Adolescent Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program. Dr. Ndrio, also has privileges to provide psychiatric services at Linden Oaks Hospital at Edward-Elmhurst Health in Naperville, and at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. As a believer in the community service, Dr. Ndrio also provided services as Medical Director at Gateway Foundation, in Aurora where he oversaw the Dual Diagnosis Program and the Outpatient Child and Adolescent Clinic.
At present, Dr. Ndrio is the founder and Practice Director of Advanced Behavioral Health Services (ABHS) where he stands committed and dedicated to providing excellent care for his patients. He is a member of American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Ndrio has a wide range of clinical interests in ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ODD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Suboxone treatment, and in local and International Telepsychiatry.
Dr. Ndrio holds unrestricted licenses to practice medicine in Illinois and California.
