Hi there, I'm Dr. Mo. I have been a family physician serving patients since 2012. I own my own direct primary care (DPC) practice in Northeast Alabama with 2 locations available to serve our community and are expanding our services for telemedicine as well. Our offices are located in Rainsville and Albertville. We are accepting new patients for enrollment and appointments are available with myself as well as my two amazing nurse practitioners.
We specialize in issues such as Hypothyroid/Hashimoto's management, non-insulin dependent diabetes, weight management, high blood pressure, employee health, worker's compensation (billable to WC insurance), colds/flus/covid, minor injuries, minor psychological care, stomach flu, UTIs and much more--all without billing standard insurance. We keep costs low and quality of care high!

Monthly Memberships to our direct primary care practice also available and include access to discounted lab work, discounted medications filled in office/mailed (most generics available) and other services available upon request.
Offerings For Visit Types:
SINGLE VISIT: $100 per visit per person (televisit or in-person)
MEMBERSHIP: $60 per month per adult over 21 plus a one-time $50 enrollment fee per family. Includes all visits.
Additional costs for medications, labs, etc.
