After completing residency, Dr. Mogilevsky moved to New York for her training in Interventional Pain Medicine through the Department of Anesthesiology at Beth Israel Medical Center.
Dr. Mogilevsky founded “Unique Pain Medicine” in 2010 with the aim to treat a wide range of pain and sports-related injuries using the latest technologies and individualized, yet comprehensive approach. Over the years the clinic flourished into a large center, which encompasses 2 locations in New York City and Brooklyn which are serviced by several physicians and a physician assistant.
Dr. Mogilevsky is affiliated with the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU and holds a faculty appointment at Kingsbrook Jewish Rehabilitation Medicine department. She enjoys teaching residents and fellows and is actively involved in the education process in both departments.
Dr. Mogilevsky has authored numerous articles and book chapters related to pain management and lectures regularly at national conventions.
Currently, Dr. Mogilevsky treats a wide array of chronic pain conditions and performs interventional procedures ranging from epidural injections to spinal cord stimulators and vertebral augmentation. Apart from traditional treatment options, Dr. Mogilevsky uses regenerative medicine to optimize her patients’ treatment outcomes.
