About Michael Chan, MD
Dr. Chan graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology. He then obtained a Master’s in Biomedical Science and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School in 2012 and completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has special interests in preventative care and is particularly passionate about increasing awareness of underdiagnosed and undertreated Sleep and Cardiovascular disorders and its impact on every organ system. He is also a Registered Sleep Technologist certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. He has musical perfect pitch, enjoys performing arts, cooking and exploring cuisine from all cultures. *Dr Chan's default appointment length is 15 minutes, but if you feel you would like more time, please reach out to the office in advance.*
