Dr. Phillips is a board-certified family medicine and board certified obesity medicine physician and specializes in primary care, and obesity medicine. Dr. Phillips serves patients from newborn and up, preforms male circumcisions, provides comprehensive family medicine services, including women’s health and family planning, well-child exams, immunizations and flu shots, treatment of acute and chronic illness, sports medicine, as well as minor office procedures and preventive health screenings. She speaks English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
