About Kavita Shah Patel, MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Shah Patel was raised in Texas and has practiced medicine for over 20 years. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and completed medical school and residency at Baylor College of Medicine. She has experience in acute, chronic, and emergency care and has clinic locations in the medical center and Katy. Dr. Shah Patel treats all adult illnesses and her clinical areas of interest are diabetes, hypertension, weight management, and preventative care and wellness. Her office has many services for Medicare patients. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Gujarati. She is accepting in patient and virtual appointments and new patients are welcome!
