About Karen Nipper, MD
Dr. Nipper is board certified in Ophthalmology. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College. Dr. Nipper is a graduate of the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her medical internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and stayed in Philadelphia for her residency in Ophthalmology at the Wills Eye Hospital. Dr. Nipper then completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery also in the Philadelphia area.
Dr. Nipper is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is a published author in a variety of journals including Archives of Ophthalmology, the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the American Journal of Ophthalmology.
