About John Woodall, MD
I use multiple approaches to get at the cause of my patient's concerns. This includes nutritional and lifestyle assessment and interventions, psychotherapy, medication management and transcranial magnetic stimulation for treatment resistant depression. I work closely with a network of clinicians in Sandy Hook who provide neurofeedback, CBT and a wide range of specialty services. A general psychiatrist comfortable with all mental health issues, my special interests are in brain health and mild cognitive deficits, treatment resistant depression, PTSD and anxiety. My office is in Sandy Hook, CT where I have coordinated a variety of services for the community since the tragedy here.
