About Jeffrey Holmgren, MD
Dr. Holmgren is a Board Certified psychiatrist. He obtained his MD degree at the University of Minnesota and completed his psychiatric residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
His past professional affiliations include Memorial Medical Center in Ashland, Wisconsin, St. Croix Regional Medical Center in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, as well as the Red Cliff and Bad River AODA and Mental Health Programs. He is a past President of the Wisconsin Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Holmgren provides psychiatric services for children, adolescents and adults. He specializes in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, autistim spectrum disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, as well as a wide range of conditions requiring psychotropic medication treatment.
He is happily married and the proud father of three children. He enjoys singing in a gospel choir, carpentry and gardening.
