Dr. Hiram Rodríguez-Torres is a distinguished specialist in Internal Medicine, known for his unyielding stand against corruption within the Healthcare System and his relentless commitment to instigating positive changes. He completed his bachelor's degree at UPR Mayagüez and pursued medical studies at Universidad Central del Caribe. During his Internal Medicine training at the Veterans Hospital, he was lauded as Resident of the Year in successive years (2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019) and served as Chief Resident in 2019.
