Eric Kephart DO is the owner and founding physician of Kephart Integrative Medicine, a family owned medical subspecialty practice. He is board certified and fellowship trained in primary care sports medicine. Dr. Kephart is certified in advanced Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and has over a decade of experience with ultrasound and interventional orthopedics. Dr. Kephart is also orders, interprets and treats medical conditions using genetic testing. Dr. Kephart has been the Team physician for professional, NCAA and High School athletes. In addition, Dr. Kephart served as the founding program director for a primary care sports medicine fellowship program. Dr. Kephart is a loving husband and proud father to his wife Lindsay and their four children. As a former NCAA athlete, turned triathlete, he understands the physical struggle of both an active lifestyle and natural aging. He is passionate about restoring health and helping individuals feel their best.
