Dr. Edward Mackay is a Florida native who earned his medical degree from the University of Florida Medical School. Dr. Mackay completed a General Surgery residency and a Vascular Surgery fellowship at The University of Tennessee Medical Center. He is board certified in General and Vascular Surgery, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine.
