About ERIC VALLADARES, MD
Dr. Eric R. Valladares, M.D., is a Board Certified General Surgeon and fellowship trained in Bariatric Surgery. He was first trained in laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding with the LAP BAND in 2004.
He received his undergraduate training at the University of Miami, majoring in Biology and Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry and Foreign Languages. He attended Howard College of Medicine in Washington DC and completed his general surgery residency at Howard University Hospital. After his residency, Dr. Valladares worked as a private practice surgeon gaining experience in a broad spectrum of patient care.
