Frequently Asked Questions

Every doctor is vetted and credentialed before joining UBERDOC. Doctors must be board certified and have an active medical license in the state they are providing services. Exceptions are made for Psychologists, Dentists and Optometrists as these specialties do not require board certifications.

Doctors choose their appointment fee based on specialty and geography. The average cost is $250. You pay $50 when your appointment is confirmed, and the remaining after the completion of the visit.

Included in your UBERDOC appointment is an initial consultation. Any subsequent care or treatment can be through insurance.

If you choose a doctor who is a Medicare provider, you may need to only pay $50 for you UBERDOC appointment. Please discuss with your doctor directly to see if you are eligible.

UBERDOC works outside insurance. Your UBERDOC appointment can be paid for with your HSA, FSA or major credit card. If the doctor is in your insurance network, any subsequent consults, lab tests, procedures and follow-up appointments can be paid for by insurance.

She has also trains other urologists, as well as urology, gynecology and urogynecology residents and gynecologists on state-of-the-art surgical techniques and the most recent therapies and medications available for treatment. She has been in private practice for 20 yrs.
She received her undergraduate degree at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in her home state of Florida. She completed her general surgery residency at UMDNJ in New Jersey, her Urology residency at Cook County Hospital/Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Gaynor has been practicing for over 14 years.
Following the completion of her urology training, Dr. Gaynor pursued a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstruction as well as male and female voiding dysfunction, and Neurourology at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Gaynor has been a frequent grand round lecturer and author of multiple academic papers. She is also the recipient of the acclaimed Resident of the Year Award from Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. Dr. Gaynor is conversant in Spanish.
