About Choudhury Hasan, MD
Dr. Choudhury Sajedul Hasan is a primary care and preventative health specialist focusing on providing patients with the necessary care for long term health. Raised in NYC, Dr. Hasan understands and knows the lack of focus we can have on our own health. Hence, Dr. Hasan makes it a priority to address current and future needs. Dr. Hasan completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Flushing Hospital and then continued working as a Hospitalist at NYP-Queens. Currently, he is seeing patients at NYP-Hudson Valley Hospital and in various locations throughout NYC.

Dr. Hasan believes its important if not mandated necessary to focus on the totality of our health and make sure our present state and future state is in positive health.
