Frequently Asked Questions

Every doctor is vetted and credentialed before joining UBERDOC. Doctors must be board certified and have an active medical license in the state they are providing services. Exceptions are made for Psychologists, Dentists and Optometrists as these specialties do not require board certifications.

Doctors choose their appointment fee based on specialty and geography. The average cost is $250. You pay $50 when your appointment is confirmed, and the remaining after the completion of the visit.

Included in your UBERDOC appointment is an initial consultation. Any subsequent care or treatment can be through insurance.

If you choose a doctor who is a Medicare provider, you may need to only pay $50 for you UBERDOC appointment. Please discuss with your doctor directly to see if you are eligible.

UBERDOC works outside insurance. Your UBERDOC appointment can be paid for with your HSA, FSA or major credit card. If the doctor is in your insurance network, any subsequent consults, lab tests, procedures and follow-up appointments can be paid for by insurance.

Dr. Becca Rodriguez Regner, Team USA Physician, graduated from KCOM and is board certified in Family Medicine, has a CAQ in Sports Medicine and specializes in women’s health.

She serves on the ACOFP CA Board and is currently a president- elect. Dr. Rodríguez Regner is dedicated to serving the CA community/athletes, and advancing the Osteopathic profession.

Dr. Rodríguez Regner participates as a medical commission board member for USA Deaf Olympics and is an AOASM past president. She is in private practice in Encinitas, CA and is the Medical Director of Women’s Wellness for Fem MD.
Dr. Rodriguez currently is the head team physician for USA Women’s Rugby 15’s, team physician for USA Women's Waterpolo and has supported the performing arts as company physician for the San Diego Ballet for 11 years.

Dr. Rodriguez served the USOPC as a Team USA physician and was on the medical staff at the Olympic Training Site in Chula Vista, CA as team physician for 10 years.
She served on the USOPC Physician Advisory Board and USA President’s Council Science Board. Dr. Rodriguez served as the Medical Director for the high performance center for Team USA at the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
