As a Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist, I have over 11 years of experience in utilizing Ketamine to increase patient wellness. Our sub-specialty has the most necessity for ketamine to be used in medical procedures, thus we are the most experienced in its application and delivery. After finishing residency in anesthesiology at University of California Irvine, I completed an additional fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and USC-Keck School of Medicine. I began to observe phenomenal improvements in my patients mental health, chronic pain, and addiction concerns after receiving ketamine. As of now, I devote 100% of my practice to assisting these clients in achieving relief. We treat individuals for a myriad of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), post-partum depression, and bipolar depression. Ketamine also assists in alleviating almost any form or cause of chronic pain, while simultaneously decreasing or eliminating many clients' dependence on opioids or other pain medications. Specifically, any pain which stems from a "nerve-related" cause, which is fairly universal, ketamine will reset the sympathetic nervous system and actually trigger functional repair and re-modeling of our pain pathways. Additionally, we assist individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse, providing near-instantaneous decreases in cravings, withdrawal symptoms, and depression. At the same time, Ketamine actually "re-wires" our reward instincts to seek greater pleasure from our everyday lives.
