Dr. Martinez-Delio MD achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, as well as her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan. After that, she completed her psychiatry residency training at University District Hospital and Veterans Administration Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Arlene M.
