Dr. Rubinstein graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and fulfilled his three-year surgical residency training at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell’s NY Downtown Hospital in foot and ankle surgery and was honored to serve as Chief Resident. He has staff privileges at Montefiore Health System White Plains Hospital and surgical privileges at the White Plains Ambulatory Surgery Center. He is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and also affiliated with several professional societies, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine, American Society of Podiatric Surgeons, and American Podiatric Medical Association.
Patients of all ages, from infants to senior adults, are treated by Dr. Rubinstein in a way that accommodates even the toughest ailments and pains. Pediatric needs he meets include everything from cuts and bruises to orthotics. Dr. Rubinstein helps his patients to return to activity with stronger faster smarter healing. Dr. Rubinstein treats patients residing in the Scarsdale, Hartsdale, Harrison, Eastchester, Ardsley, and Mamaroneck.
Dr. Rubinstein lives in Scarsdale with his wife, Liz and daughter, Ava.
