Generation Next Fertility is pleased to welcome Dr. Anne Devi Wold. She joins a team of compassionate and caring healthcare professionals that is renowned for excellence in fertility diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Wold completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Dr. Wold completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Yale University. In addition, she completed a fellowship in Clinical Genetics.
Dr. Wold has published many peer reviewed papers and book chapters and has received several research and teaching awards by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Yale University, and Brown University. She relocated to Rhode Island in 2006 and developed a successful private practice as a Reproductive Endocrinologist both in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She has held faculty appointments at Yale and Brown Universities.
Having experienced infertility and treatment herself, Dr. Wold is able to offer the insight and expertise of a seasoned doctor with the compassion and understanding of a patient. Dr. Wold understands firsthand the economic and emotional stress of couples experiencing problems conceiving a healthy baby. Known for picking up the phone herself to reach out to patients with test results or when a patient feels overwhelmed, Dr. Wold goes the extra mile to not only help each patient achieve success, but to make the journey itself easier. She has a dedicated staff that shares her goals of providing high quality care in a comfortable and compassionate environment.
Dr. Wold is triple board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Clinical Genetics. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and Telugu. Her special interests include genetic aspects of infertility, uterine malformations, recurrent pregnancy loss, egg donation, fertility care LGBTQ patients.
