Dr. Bazos earned a degree in biochemistry from Harvard University and graduated from Yale Medical School. Following a surgical internship at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, Dr. Bazos completed his residency training at Columbia-Presbyterian's New York Orthopedic Hospital, were he co-authored numerous clinical research projects and international presentations. He completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at The Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City in 1993. Dr. Bazos served as Medical Director of Yankee Stadium for seven years, and continues in this capacity at Madison Square Garden. He is board-certified by The American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. In addition to his practice in the New Milford and Danbury area, Dr. Bazos is a member of the Sports Medicine Department at The Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City, where he maintains operating privileges and keeps office hours. Dr. Bazos specializes in Sports Medicine, arthroscopy, knee and shoulder surgery.
