About Alejandro Calvo, MD
Dr. Calvo received his medical degree from UMSS School of Medicine in Bolivia. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Kettering Medical Center and a Hematology and Oncology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Hematology and Palliative Care.
Dr. Calvo has received the Patient Choice Award three times and is listed in the guide to America's Top Oncologists. He is key faculty at the Medicine Residency Program in Kettering Medical Center (KMC) and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine for Loma Linda University KMC campus.
Dr. Calvo is the member of several medical committees and organizations as well as the author of multiple publications related to Oncology and Hematology.
