About ALEXANDER FINE, MD
Dr. Alexander Fine is a highly skilled and experienced internist serving the population of Sarasota, FL. Dr. Fine completed his medical training at First Tashkent State Medical Institute in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He then went on to complete an internship at Tashkent City Hospital. He advanced his skills further by completing a residency in internal medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center, Flushing Hospital Medical Center and a fellowship in surgery at Russian National Research Medical University. Dr. Fine has also completed an advanced course in medicine and patient care in Russia. He also holds certification from the American Board of Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Fine is an active member of the American Holistic Medical Association, the International Association of Hygienic Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, and the American College of Physicians. He is also a fellow of the British Institute of Homeopathy. Extremely knowledgeable and with a keen interest in research, he is the author of 18 articles and 1 book. He also has the honor of holding 4 patents to his name.
